Shining Stars Wraparound Care
in partnership with 
Sandringham Primary School are working in partnership with Activ8 to provide pupils from Reception to Year 6 access to Shining Stars Wraparound.
Pupils will have access to a Breakfast club from 7:45am and an after school club until 5:15pm.
Breakfast Club - Monday to Friday
- Drop off available from 7:45am and will include a selection of cereal, toast & fruit.
- Sessions available at £3.50 per session.
- All sessions must be paid for in advance via ParentPay. NB: Activ8 reserve the right to cancel a pupils place if sessions are not paid for in advance.
- Bookings can be made up to 4pm ready for the following day.
- AM provision is held in the KS1 Hall. Drop off for AM provision is at the back of KS1 Hall near the Nursery Entrance.
After School Club - Monday to Friday
- Pick-up is available up to 5:15pm and will include a light snack.
- Sessions available at £5.50 per session.
- All sessions must be paid for in advance via ParentPay. NB: Activ8 reserve the right to cancel a pupils place if sessions are not paid for in advance.
- Bookings can be made up to 1pm for the same day.
- PM provision is held in KS1 Hall. Pick up for PM provision is at the back of KS1 Hall near the Nursery Entrance.
Both breakfast club and after school club have a limit of 20 places per sessions. Please remember that places are not confirmed until payment has been received via ParentPay. Parents will be refused drop-off in the morning or called to come and collect at the end of the school day if payment has not been made.
Pupils who reguarly attend set sessions will be given priority booking.
To book your child into any of the sessions from 14th April 2025 to 18th July 2025, please visit ParentPay and and follow the below instuctions;
- Login to ParentPay
- Select the relevant Wraparound Payment Item (Either Shining Stars Breakfast Wraparound or Shining Stars After School Wraparound)
- Click view
- Click book sessions
- If you’re booking after school club, you will be required to select hot snack or sandwich. Please refer to the menu below for the breakdown.
